At the Oregon Kite Company LLC we are so confident that you will both enjoy the way our dual like kites fly and the way they are priced that we provide a money back guarantee. We also believe in the fly before you buy policy but realize most people just can't join us for a day of fun on the beaches of Northern California and Southern Oregon to try out our kites.
What we guarantee is your satisfaction. Once you receive a kite directly from us, you can fly it at no financial risk to see if it meets your expectations, if it does not you are entitled to a refund provided the kite is returned to us postage prepaid under the following conditions:
1) The return must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase of the kite.
2) Provide a brief note stating what kite you fly that you feel is a better product for the money, the cost of that kite, and how long you have been flying sport kites.
3) If the returned kite is not in "Like New" condition, that is pretty much the way you received it except for minor wear and tear we will pro rate your refund.
4) This guarantee applies only to kites purchased directly from the Oregon Kite Company LLC and applies to both kites handcrafted by the Oregon Kite Company LLC and the Gull 8.5 manufactured by Gomberg Kite Productions International.
